- 1 lb ground chicken
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3-4 Thai chili peppers, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh Thai basil leaves (or regular basil)
- Steamed rice for serving

Instructions

Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add garlic and chili peppers and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

Add onion and bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
