  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3-4 Thai chili peppers, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh Thai basil leaves (or regular basil)
  • Steamed rice for serving
